Sarlink® ML-1640

Sarlink® ML-1640 is a UV-stabilized, abrasion- & scratch resistant, easily colorable styrenic [styrene block copolymer (SBC)] TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) grade. Exhibits low fogging and odor. Also exhibits better flow properties than Sarlink® ML-1100 compounds owing to lower value of apparent shear viscosity. Offers good surface appearance and tactile properties. It can be processed using injection molding. Also, it can be molded into more complex, intricate geometries to improve cycles through reduced packing and cooling times. Suitable for automotive interiors (bin mats, cup holder liners, and soft-touch grips for knobs & buttons).
