Sarlink® TPV 4190N

Sarlink® TPV 4190N is a resilient, thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade with high hardness. Exhibits excellent fatigue resistance, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, outstanding electrical properties, abrasion resistance, good heat aging resistance and excellent resistance to chemicals & weathering. Has high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tension & compression set and good colorability. It reduces production costs due to its shorter cycle times, reduces energy needs and has very high material efficiency as a result of its recyclability. Sarlink® TPV 4190N can be reprocessed through several heat cycles without loss of physical properties. Is suitable for processing by blow molding, extrusion, profiles and injection molding. Desired for applications like sheet, automotive (under hood applications, sealing systems), profiles and weatherstripping. Potential applications include building profiles, hoses, film, household appliances, power tools, sports and leisure articles, personal care products, food contact wire & cable jacketing.
