Telcar® TL-1524E

Telcar® TL-1524E is an opaque, general purpose, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). Exhibits good mechanical properties, surface haptics & feel like rubber, excellent thermal performance in harsh environments (including acids, bases and chlorine), excellent resiliency, ductility and a long life in exterior, high UV and ozone weathering applications. Possesses elastomeric properties of vulcanized rubber and yet can be melt-processed and easily fabricated. Provides good processability, faster output, lower cost and recyclability. It can be processed by extrusion and injection molding. Used in grommets, weatherstripping, automotive interior parts, automotive exterior parts such as trims and blow molding applications.
