Viton™ GBL-200S

Viton™ GBL-200S by Chemours is a low viscosity, peroxide cured 68% fluorine fluoroelastomer. It is a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride, and tetrafluoroethylene with a cure site monomer. This grade exhibits easy processing and improved fluid resistance in aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, water, steam & acids. It is based on new advanced polymer architecture technology. It is ideal for blending with Viton™ GBL-600S to reach intermediate viscosity ranges and cures exceptionally fast to a high state of cure. It offers improved mold release/mold fouling properties, mold flow and less shear sensitivity than 65 Mooney Viton™ GBL-600S. Viton™ GBL-200S exhibits excellent physical properties with high elongation, both original and aged compounds, heat & low temperature resistance and excellent compression set resistance with little (2 hr) or no post-cure.
