BAYFLEX® 110-80

BAYFLEX® 110-80 by Covestro is a two liquid component (diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer (A) and polyether polyol (B)) solid urethane elastomer grade. It is processed by reaction injection molding (RIM). It offers rapid demold time, excellent integrity at demold, improved release characteristic and outstanding physical properties, especially heat sag characteristics. The mixing ratio of component (A/B) is 69/100 by weight.
