BAYFLEX® 110-80 (Glass reinforced)

BAYFLEX® 110-80 (Glass reinforced) by Covestro is a solid urethane elastomer grade, reinforced with 15% milled glass (Owens Corning 737, 1/16 inch). It is comprised of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer (A) and polyether polyol component (B). This grade offers excellent integrity at demold, rapid demold time, improved release characteristic and outstanding physical properties, especially heat sag characteristics. BAYFLEX® 110-80 (Glass reinforced) is processed by reaction injection molding (RIM). The mixing ratio of component (A/B) is 69/100 by weight.
