Millathane® CM

Millathane® CM by TSE Industries is a high performance, sulfur or peroxide curable, polyether millable urethane rubber grade reinforced with mineral filler, carbon black and plasticizers. Exhibits easy processing, outstanding low temperature properties, excellent hydrolytic stability, excellent dynamic properties like flex resistance and low heat build-up. Offers hardness, tensile strength, adhesion to metals and resilience. Provides good elongation, good tear strength, low brittle point, strength at elevated temperature and good retention at 149°C. Shows resistance to heat deterioration, compression set, heat aging, ozone, weathering, oil, fuel, chemical, gamma radiation, hydrolysis, water and abrasion. Suitable for processing by press and open steam curing, vulcanization, calendaring, extrusion or transfer molding. Millathane® CM is suitable for soles & heels for footwear, cable jackets for electrical, pipe protectors, pistons, valve inserts, scrapers for oil well supplies, conveyor and V-belts, sandblast, suction hose tubes, air drill & jacket hammer covers for hoses, diaphragms, trapaulins for coated fabrics. Other applications includes textile cots, pressure rolls, industrial trucks, caster wheels for solid tires, packing, gaskets, wing deicing bladders, seals, boots & dustcovers for aerospace and military industry. Complies with REACH regulation.
