MM230

MM230 by CHT Group is a pourable 2-part addition cure silicone rubber containing a platinum catalyst. The rate of cure can be accelerated by heat. Exhibits high tear, very low shrinkage, easy degassing, high dimensional stability, excellent physical and electrical properties. Suitable for processing by gravity or pressure injection molding. MM230 is used to manufacture tampo printing pads. It can be designed for molding masters, plasters, large objects, chocolate and icing sugar. Possible applications include rapid prototyping, case making in the ceramics industry and cornice manufacturing. Complies with FDA CFR 21, 177.2600 regulation for applications involving aqueous foods.
