Apcoflex® NVC573E by Apcotex Industries is a blend of NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride). It contains medium acrylonitrile content. It is plasticized and stabilized with non-toxic material. It exhibits excellent oil, fuel and thermal resistance. It possesses excellent abrasion resistance, good ozone resistance and excellent weather resistance. It possesses medium viscosity, excellent aging and physical properties. It is suitable for processing by injection molding and profile extrusion. Apcoflex® NVC573E is recommended for manufacturing automotive & industrial products such as LPG tubings, fuel hoses, cable jackets, bellows, window seals and grommets, conveyor belts. Its shelf life is of 24 months. It is free from DOP and heavy metals.
