Buna® CB 1220

Buna® CB 1220 by ARLANXEO is cobalt catalyzed butadiene rubber. It has a very high 1,4-cis content together with higher 1,2-vinyl content and broader molecular weight distribution with a high degree of branching. It can be blended with NR for goods having thick sections, high resistance towards reversion and abrasion. It allows easy processing during the production of high-quality rubber goods. It can be used in sidewall and tread compounds for tires. Buna® CB 1220 is also applicable in conveyor belts, golf balls, footwear soles, automotive/mobility, seals (static), building/construction, anti-vibration systems, consumer goods, tire retread, rollers and industrial/machinery.
