KELTAN® 9565Q

KELTAN® 9565Q by ARLANXEO is a semi-crystalline, ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM) with an ultra-high molecular weight. It is primarily designed for automotive applications such as seals, mounts, bushings and dampers. It provides maximum strength (>20 MPa), low permanent set, very high Mooney viscosity, heat aging and improved fatigue life. Its tailored molecular structure enables it to match the strength and minimum oil of natural rubbers. It offers medium to fast curing and significant benefits when compounding. KELTAN® 9565Q maintains its superior properties even after exposure to high temperatures. It is used in wastewater seal compounds, mechanical engineering, and industrial applications such as bull’s eyes and low hardness seals. It is also an excellent polymer for TPV production and colorless oil for non-black parts.
