THERBAN® 3668 VP

THERBAN® 3668 VP is a partially hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) copolymer by Arlanxeo. It is cost-efficient, versatile and sustainable alternative to metal chain drivers. Offers longer service life, strength and exceptional durability. Provides very good resistance to abrasion, compression set behavior, ozone, non-polar hydrocarbons, heat, fuel, chemicals, technical oils and extreme temperatures (-40°C to 165°C). Sulfur curing system improves dynamic properties and adhesion to steel and textile reinforcing materials. Moreover, peroxide/co-agent system improves resistance to heat and compression set. It is insoluble in cold water. THERBAN® 3668 VP is used in mechanical engineering, automotive, railway, aerospace and oil industries.
