Viton™ AL-600

Viton™ AL-600 by Chemours is a high viscosity, fluoroelastomer terpolymer grade consisting of hexafluoropropylene, vinylidene fluoride, and tetrafluoroethylene. It is processed by transfer molding, injection molding and extrusion. This grade offers excellent storage stability, improved mold flow, less mold fouling, better mold release and improved processing. Also, offers good low temperature characteristics and improved compression set resistance. Viton™ AL-600 is suitable for fuel systems such as fuel injector O-rings, gaskets and other sealing devices, cords, profiles, & tubing or calendered sheets and solution coatings of fabrics & other substrate applications.
