Viton™ GFLT-600S

Viton™ GFLT-600S by Chemours is a peroxide cured, 67% fluorine, low temperature fluoroelastomer. It is based on new advanced polymer architecture (APA) technology, which includes a novel peroxide cure site along with an optimized molecular weight distribution. It is a copolymer of perfluoromethylvinyl ether, vinylidene fluoride and tetrafluoroethylene with a cure monomer. It possesses excellent physical properties and high elongation. It cures exceptionally fast to a high state of cure. This grade offers excellent storage stability, improved mold release & mold fouling properties, improved mold flow and less shear sensitivity. Viton™ GFLT-600S offers excellent compression set resistance with low or no post-cure and improved water resistance/lower volume swell in water.
