CX-6038 is one component, polyurethane by Coating P Materials. It is recommended for the lamination of PU film-fabric, fabric-fabric, PU film-PU film, PVC sheet-fabric & PVC sheet-tarpaulin fabric and hot-melt adhesives. Suitable solvents for CX-6038 are dimethylformamide/methyl ethyl ketone/toluene. It can be used together with cross-linking agent to provide high toughness. It exhibits high bonding strength and good wash resistance. It can be used for two component PU and wet- or semi-dry adhesion processing. It is designed for use in luggage, medical bed, water bags, oil bags, furniture, fabrics and bedding.
