FARBOSET 1115 by Cosmic Plastics is an anhydride epoxy grade reinforced with mineral. Exhibits fast cure rates, good hot rigidity and excellent hot strength. FARBOSET® 1115 is suitable for processing by injection and transfer molding. Designed for the encapsulation of coils, transformers, bushings, switches and other electrical and electronic components. FARBOSET 1115 complies with ISO 9001:2008 regulation and UL-94 (V0) flame rating.
