FARBOSET® 2460 by Cosmic Plastics is a novolac epoxy grade reinforced with mineral. Exhibits fast cure rates, excellent moldability, excellent thermal shock- and moisture resistance. Offers high glass transition temperature for optimum reliability performance. FARBOSET® 2460 is designed for the encapsulation of tantalum & ceramic capacitors, resistors, resistor networks and high performance coils. Complies with ISO 9001:2008 regulation and UL-94 (V0) flame rating.
