BAYFLEX® 110-35 IMR (Calcium Silicate reinforced) by Covestro is a two liquid component (diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol) solid urethane elastomer grade, reinforced with 18% calcium silicate. It contains internal mold release (IMR). Offers flexural modulus, high impact resistance, flexibility even in extremely cold environment and excellent cushioning properties. BAYFLEX® 110-35 IMR (Calcium Silicate reinforced) is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Possible applications include automotive fascias and window glass encapsulations.
