BAYFLEX® 110-35 IMR (Glass reinforced) by Covestro is a solid urethane elastomer grade, reinforced with 15% glass. It is comprised of two liquid components: diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol components. It contains internal mold release (IMR). Offers flexural modulus, high impact resistance, flexibility even in extremely cold environment and excellent cushioning properties. BAYFLEX® 110-35 IMR (Glass reinforced) is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Possible applications include automotive fascias and window glass encapsulations.
