DAI-EL™ G-5454 is a bisphenol curable fluoroelastomer (FKM) terpolymer by Daikin. It offers excellent metal adhesion. It is recommended for compression and injection molding processes. DAI-EL™ G-5454 is applicable for O-rings, seals and fuel/turbo charge hoses. It exhibits excellent processability, clean demolding, fast curing and better fluid resistance than copolymers. It contains 69% fluorine content.
