NexTene™ PCX03

NexTene™ PCX03 by Demeta is a medium cure, low viscosity, two-component (50/1 ratio) polydicyclopentadiene (poly-DCPD), thermoset system. Suitable for composites processed by infusion. Exhibits attractive electric & dielectric properties and adjustable gel-time i.e. from a few minutes to several hours. Possesses exceptional mechanical properties, adjustable viscosity enabling short infusion times as well as low density to reduce part and function weight. Potential applications include hydrogen or carbon dioxide storage, concrete rebars, wind turbines, ballistic protection, 5G communication, composite risers and automotive parts. NexTene™ PCX03 offers industry-leading impact and fatigue resistance, extreme cold/ heat service temperatures, excellent behavior in hot and wet environments.
