Exhibits high heat resistance, excellent water resistance, good ductility, excellent toughness and excellent adhesion. It can be used for electrical laminates and aerospace applications. EPICLON® HP-7200H is suitable for potting, molding compounds for semi-conductor, powder coating for insulation, molding materials and composite material applications.
