VORAFORCE™ TW 1150/TW 1100 by Dow Chemical is a low viscosity, lightweight, strong, durable polyurethane resin. Possesses good mechanical & electrical properties, enhanced elongation and toughness. Exhibits excellent flow & fiber wetting and long working times. Offers high temperature & crack resistance and low moisture take-up. It is suitable for processing by filament winding. Formulated for continuous reinforcement and manufacture of cylindrical structures. Solutions available for critical humidity manufacturing conditions (up to 60% relative humidity). VORAFORCE™ TW 1150/TW 1100 is designed for electrical applications including power and transmission poles.
