XIAMETER™ RBL-2004-40 Liquid Silicone Rubber

XIAMETER™ RBL-2004-40 Liquid Silicone Rubber by Dow is two-part, 1 to 1 mix, liquid silicone rubber (LSR). It exhibits high transparency, low compression set, high tear strength and part design flexibility. It possesses short cycle time and superior mechanical properties (non post-cure). This injection molding grade is ideal for intricate designs. XIAMETER™ RBL-2004-40 Liquid Silicone Rubber is recommended for applications such as seals, exhaust hangers, damping parts, membranes, grommets and valves. The product is UL 94 recognized and meets FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and BfR, XV regulation. Its shelf life is 12 months from the date of production when stored at or below 32°C.
