XIAMETER™ RBL-2004-50 Liquid Silicone Rubber

XIAMETER™ RBL-2004-50 Liquid Silicone Rubber by Dow is two-part, 1 to 1 mix, liquid silicone rubber (LSR). This product is designed to provide excellent processing on molding processes. It exhibits high tear strength and low compression set. It offers the balance between short cycle times, superior mechanical properties and high transparency. This injection molding grade is ideal for intricate designs and provides part design flexibility. It is recommended for cooling system, air intake, exhaust hangers, damping parts, valves, seals, membranes and grommets. This grade is UL 94 recognized and meets FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 & BfR, XV regulation. XIAMETER™ RBL-2004-50 Liquid Silicone Rubber has shelf life of 12 months from the date of production when stored at or below 32°C.
