BLUESIL™ ESA 7252 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a non-corrosive, two-component, silicone elastomer. It cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction and curing can be accelerated by heating. It offers outstanding flame resistance, good thermal conductivity: dissipation of calories (encapsulation), low viscosity (easily refilled) and fast curing product. It is recommended for potting: protection of electrical component & connection box and encapsulating: connectors, captors, sensors in on board electronic. BLUESIL™ ESA 7252 A/B is also used in thermal and fire protection in aerospace. The shelf life of this product is 20 months.
