BLUESIL™ RTV 1523 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component, silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction. The curing can be accelerated by heating. It is used in thermal & fire protection in the aerospace, nuclear and building industries. It offers outstanding flame resistance, low viscosity (easily refilled), advantageous mixing ratios (1/1) and fast curing time. It is unaffected by inaccurate dosage and usable in two-component machines. The shelf life of BLUESIL™ RTV 1523 A/B is 20 months.
