BLUESIL™ RTV 3330 SPU

BLUESIL™ RTV 3330 SPU by Elkem Silicones is silicone elastomer which, after the addition of catalyst BLUESIL™ CATA SPU, cure at room temperature by a polycondensation reaction, leading to a flexible and elastic material. It is used to produce molds dedicated to polyurethane resins casting, for series production. It offers very high resistance to polyurethane resins, even to those curing by a strong exothermic reaction and ease of processing. It possesses good flowing behavior and intrinsic self-releasing properties. This grade provides high mechanical resistance, excellent reproduction fidelity of each detail and easy demolding. The shelf life of BLUESIL™ RTV 3330 SPU is 12 months.
