BLUESIL™ RTV 3527 A/B

BLUESIL™ RTV 3527 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two component, silicone elastomer which cures at room temperature by a polyaddition reaction (1:1 ratio). It offers excellent reproduction of details, high flowability, good mechanical properties and excellent ink uptake & release. This grade displays good release properties with organic resins & gypsum, low linear shrinkage and longer working time. It also shows no release of toxic substances during and after curing. It is used for the production of printing pads or printing rollers with medium hardness. This grade is also used to produce molds for manufacturing copies in different materials (resins, gypsum) when good elasticity is required. The shelf life of BLUESIL™ RTV 3527 A/B is 12 months.
