BLUESIL™ TCS 7600 CATA

BLUESIL™ TCS 7600 CATA by Elkem Silicone is part of a two-component polyaddition heat-cured screen printable silicone elastomer system. It functions as the cure catalyst for the TCS screen printing bases: BLUESIL™ TCS 7612 Base & TCS 7664 Base, enabling the silicone elastomer crosslinking. It is designed to be added to the screen printing bases at a 10:1 by weight mix ratio. It exhibits low cure temperatures to prevent dye migration, long work time at room temperature, and fast cure at elevated temperatures. It shows heat resistance, high bond strength without primer on textiles from different origins and durable finish-washable. It provides viscosity and thixotropic properties. It is an environmentally friendly (PVC-free) grade and uses solventless technology. BLUESIL™ TCS 7600 CATA is specially engineered for textiles coating applications. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
