SILBIONE™ LSR 4330 A/B

SILBIONE™ LSR 4330 A/B by Elkem Silicones is two component platinum-catalyzed silicone rubber grade. It exhibits rebound resilience characteristics, non-tacky, superior clarity, high tear, elongation and excellent mold release for shorter cycle times. It is designed for liquid injection molding applications. It provides soft, skin like feel when molded. It can be molded into thin-walled parts. It offers easy processing and easy release combined with high performance physical properties. It is easily pigmented and can be post cured & rapidly cured at elevated temperature. It is used in fabrication of healthcare & medical devices including less than 30 day implantation, skin contact parts like liners, balloons, orthopedic insoles & cushioning applications, prosthetic liners and rollers. SILBIONE™ LSR 4330 A/B meets the requirement of United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) Class VI.
