70-3812 NC is a two component, aluminum filled epoxy resin system. It exhibits low viscosity, excellent thermal conductivity, good heat resistance, excellent adhesion and good heat dissipation. It can be cured at 25°C for 24 hours. 70-3812 NC is recommended for heat sink applications. It has passed NASA’s outgassing requirements as per ASTM E-595-07 specification.
