EPI-REZ™ Resin 3540-WY-55 by Westlake Epoxy is a 55% solids dispersion of an EPON™ Resin 1007F in water and 2-propoxyethanol. It is a non-ionic stable dispersion of high molecular weight epoxy resin. This resin is used in industrial ambient cure primers in conjunction with waterborne EPIKURE™ amine curing agents that offer quick coalescing films with short lacquer dry times. It offers good adhesion to steel or aluminum. It is compatible with a variety of aminoplast resins and stable with a wide range of solvents. The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 3540-WY-55 is one year.
