EPON™ Resin 165

EPON™ Resin 165 by Westlake Epoxy is a solid multifunctional cresol novolac epoxy resins. It combines the high thermal stability of the cresol novolac backbone with the versatility, reactivity and chemical resistance of epoxy resins. It is used where improved properties of cured epoxy resin systems are needed, particularly at elevated temperature and where stability of electrical properties under humid conditions is required. EPON™ Resin 165 is used in electrical laminates, molding compounds, high-performance aerospace composites, and tooling. The shelf life of this product is 5 years.
