EPALLOY® 8250

EPALLOY® 8250 by Huntsman is an epoxy phenol novolac resin. Exhibits very low room temperature viscosity. It provides low hydrolyzable chloride content, good reactivity and outstanding chemical resistance. It is non-crystallizing and compatible with all standard curatives and most resin systems and solvents. It can be blended with bisphenol A resins to eliminate crystallization. It is used for electronic applications such as encapsulation and lamination. EPALLOY® 8250 is suitable for high temperature encapsulants, heat resistant adhesives, conductive adhesives, prepregs & composites, coatings and sealants applications. Complies with REACH (EC) 1907/2006 regulation.
