Rubaloy™ - 6040 by Imperial Water-proofing Industries is a blend of nitrile butadiene rubber and polyvinyl chloride (NBR+PVC) in a polymer ratio 60 : 40. It contains a non-staining stabilizer. Offers excellent resistance to oil, ozone and abrasion. Exhibits very easy processability, superior dispersion and high hardness. It can easily withstand elevated compounding temperatures. Designed for processing by extrusion. Recommended for critical auto parts, hydraulic hoses, flooring, matting, rollers, motorcycle handle grips and profiles. Rubaloy™ - 6040 uses standard sulfur and peroxide curing systems. Complies with ISO: 18001-2007, RoHS, U.S. EPA TSCA, REACH and ISO 9001 : 2015 regulations.
