Rubaloy™ - FLRT

Rubaloy™ - FLRT by Imperial Water-proofing Industries is a flame retardant, blend of acrylonitrile butadiene rubber and polyvinyl chloride (NBR/ PVC) in a polymer ratio 70 : 30. It contains a non-staining stabilizer. Offers resistance to low temperature flex, oil, ozone, abrasion, weather and flex. Exhibits very easy processability, excellent dispersion, minimum die-swelling, smooth finish and sharp edges. It can easily withstand elevated compounding temperatures. It can be blended with NBR, HNBR, chloroprene and CSM (hypalon) based compounds. Designed for processing by profile extrusion. Rubaloy™ - FLRT is recommended for air conditioner hoses, door seals, LPG tubing, hoses, covers, explosives tubings, molded products, electrical parts, fuse boxes and conveyor belt covers applications. Complies with ISO: 18001 - 2007, RoHS, U.S. EPA TSCA, REACH and ISO 9001 : 2015 regulations.
