Maprenal® UF 297/60IB by Prefere Resins is iso/n-butylated, reactive methylol-type urea formaldehyde resin. It is delivered as 60% in iso-butanol/n-butanol. This grade offers high molecular weight, excellent adhesion to metal and high flexibility. It shows high compatibility to alcohols, esters, ketones, glycol ethers and aromatic hydrocarbons. Maprenal® UF 297/60IB is highly compatible with nitrocellulose, short & mid oil alkyds, urea, melamine and epoxy resins.
