Innothane® IE Series™ IE-3040 by Innovative Polymers is a replicating polyethylene-like polyurethane grade. It consists of two components: resin and hardener. Exhibits excellent green strength and enhanced demold characteristics. Provides excellent physical properties at room temperature cure, without the utilization of mercury, MOCA or TDI. Innothane® IE Series™ IE-3040 is formulated for hand-batch processing, roto-casting or vacuum casting method at 60psi cure pressure. It is possibly used in high end plastic parts, encapsulations and structures.
