Innothane® RapidCast™ RC-542

Innothane® RapidCast™ RC-542 by Innovative Polymers is a low viscosity, flame retardant and rapid cast polyurethane (PU) grade. It consists of two components: resin and hardener. Provides better mold flow, short molding cycle time and excellent physical properties at room temperature cure, without the utilization of mercury, MOCA or TDI. Innothane® RapidCast™ RC-542 is formulated for meter-mix dispensing system. It is possibly used in high end plastic parts, encapsulations and structures. Conforms to UL 94 V0 flame resistance and is yellow card certified.
