Innothane® RapidVac™ VA-1505 by Innovative Polymers is a vacuum assisted polyurethane elastomer casting grade. It consists of two components: resin and hardener. Offers excellent green strength and quick demold time. Provides excellent physical properties at room temperature cure, without the utilization of mercury, MOCA or TDI. Innothane® RapidVac™ VA-1505 is formulated for hand-batch processing at 60psi cure pressure. It is possibly used in high end plastic parts, encapsulations and structures.
