Innothane® RapidVac™ VA-1515

Innothane® RapidVac™ VA-1515 by Innovative Polymers is a vacuum assisted polyurethane elastomer casting grade. It consists of two components: resin and hardener. Offers 10 min gel, excellent green strength and quick demold time. Provides excellent physical properties at room temperature cure, without the utilization of mercury, MOCA or TDI. Innothane® RapidVac™ VA-1515 is formulated for hand-batch processing at 60psi cure pressure. It is possibly used in high end plastic parts, encapsulations and structures.
