EPOKUKDO KDCP-150 by Kukdo Chemical is a multi-functional epoxy resin. It is derived from poly-addition compound of dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) and phenol. It can be substituted for YDCN type o-cresol novolac epoxy resin and biphenyl type epoxy resin. Provides lower moisture absorption, low melt viscosity, high adhesive strength and excellent electrical properties. EPOKUKDO KDCP-150 is designed for high performance epoxy molding compound (EMC) in semi-conductor and laminates.
