KER 400MF-B-80 by Kumho P&B Chemicals is a polyfunctional epoxy novolac resin. When it is cured with appropriate materials, highly cross-linked composites exhibiting high chemical resistance, high temperature resistance and dimensional stability can be obtained. KER 400MF-B-80 is suitable for copper clad laminates (CCL), flexible copper clad laminate (FCCL), ball grid array (BGA) package and electrical applications.
