Royalene® 535 by Lion Elastomers is an ethylene propylene diene (EPDM) rubber. It contains a non-staining stabilizer. Exhibits broad molecular weight distribution, ultra-fast curing and low mooney viscosity for excellent mold flow. Offers weather resistance, low temperature flexibility, easy mixing and processing. Designed for processing by extrusion. Used in blends with diene polymers, SBR and NR. Royalene® 535 is used in non-bulbular closed cell sponge, closed cell sheet sponge, automotive molded sponge, dense assembly corners and tire components such as coverstrips, black & white sidewall applications.
