jER™ 630 by Mitsubishi Chemical is a low viscosity, high performance multifunctional liquid epoxy resin based on p-amino phenol. Exhibits small curing shrinkage, excellent dimensional stability, ease of fabrication and high mechanical strength. Offers excellent heat-, wear-, chemical-, moisture- and abrasion resistance. Possible applications of jER™ 630 could be paints & coatings, electrical insulation materials, composite material, civil engineering & construction materials, adhesives and tools.
