jER™ YED216M by Mitsubishi Chemical is a di-functional, flexible, high performance, epoxy resin based on 1,6 hexane diole. It is added with a diluent. Exhibits small curing shrinkage, excellent dimensional stability and high mechanical strength. Offers excellent heat-, wear-, chemical-, moisture- and abrasion resistance. Possible applications of jER™ YED216M could be paints & coatings, electrical insulation materials, composite material, civil engineering & construction materials, adhesives and tools. The cured material exhibits improved crack-resistance.
