jER™ YX8800 by Mitsubishi Chemical is a flame retardant, crystalline, high performance, anthracene epoxy resin. Exhibits small curing shrinkage, low-line expansion, high Tg, excellent dimensional stability, low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) and high mechanical strength. Offers excellent heat-, wear-, chemical-, moisture- and abrasion resistance. Recommended for electromagnetic compatibility applications. Other possible applications of jER™ YX8800 include paints & coatings, electrical insulation materials, composite material, civil engineering & construction materials, adhesives and tools.
