LIM 6071

LIM 6071 by Momentive Performance Materials is a two-component, liquid silicone rubber. It is easily pigmentable with Momentive masterbatch colors. Exhibits excellent tear strength, high tensile strength, high bayshore resilience and high clarity for excellent visibility. Offers excellent release from metal molds, rapid cure time depending upon part size, configuration and molding temperature. LIM 6071 is designed for processing by liquid injection molding with wide range of molding temperature from 150-205°C. Potential applications include connector inserts, seals, flexible mounts, valve parts, coating metal rolls, camera parts, health care profiles, sports goggles and masks.
