Silopren™ LSR 2030

Silopren™ LSR 2030 by Momentive Performance Materials is a general purpose, two-component liquid silicone rubber (LSR). It is a crosslinkable, platinum cured resin available as 1:1 ratio by weight. Possesses high clarity, good electrical conductivity & deep and thin-section cure capability. Offers excellent heat resistance, low to no flash, short vulcanization time, ease of de-molding and lower impact on the environment. Silopren™ LSR 2030 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible applications could be automotive, aviation & aerospace, consumer goods, electrical/ electronics, energy and healthcare. Conforms to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 for indirect food contact, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9 & Potable Water Standards KTW, WRAS and W270. Complies with UL94HB rating, USP Class VI, ISO 10993 part 6, 10 and 11 testing and BfR XV requirements.
